A New York soccer official in the 1950s and ’60s. Anderson served as president and secretary of the Southern New York State Soccer Association, and also was president of the National Soccer League of New York from 1952 to 1957. From 1962 to 1968, he was registrar of the Eastern New York State Soccer Association, an organization of which he was a member for more than 25 years.
