Frank Kelly

A leading New Jersey soccer official.

Kelly, who was born in Ireland, moved to American in his 30s in 1955 and played briefly for the Kensington Bluebells in Philadelphia before retiring.

Kelly became involved in soccer administration as a member, then president and then a trustee of the South Jersey Soccer Association. He was a founding member of the New Jersey Youth Soccer Association, later served as a vice president of that organization, and was involved in New Jersey youth soccer for years. He served as national chairman of the McGuire Cup, a member of the executive board of the United States Youth Soccer Association and a member of the board of directors of the United States Soccer Federation.
