A longtime official at various levels of California soccer.
Young served the California Soccer Association in the 1920s and 1930s in positions that included Sacramento District Commissioner and member of the association’s Executive Committee. Young also was a writer about California soccer, serving as a correspondent for the Spalding guides.
Inducted in 1958.
