An organizer of teams and leagues in Massachusetts and elsewhere in New England.
Foulds, who was born in England and emigrated to the United States from Canada in 1909, was president of the Massachusetts state association and was involved in promoting games between Massachusetts teams and teams from Quebec and New Brunswick. In 1923, Foulds and his son Sam, also a Hall of Famer, organized the Revere Corinthians team, which won New England junior honors. As a player, he had played for the Bolton Wanderers organization in England, Sherbrooke in Canada and Clan Robertson in Massachusetts.
