A defender who played for a series of strong American teams after emigrating from Scotland in 1898. Wilson played for Scots-Americans of Kearny, N.J., Paterson (N.J.) Rangers, Pawtucket (R.I.) Rangers and Philadelphia Hibernians. Counting the two seasons he had played for St. Johnstone in Scotland, he was a professional soccer player for 25 years.
Inducted in 1950.
