An Illinois soccer official for decades.
Niotis, who was born in Greece and moved to the United States in 1923, was vice president and president of the junior division of the National Soccer League of Chicago, and later was elected as a life member of that league. He served on the Illinois Soccer Commission and the Pan-American Games Committee when the Pan-Am Games were held in Chicago in 1959, and was chairman of the USSFA Youth Promotion Committee.
Both before and after emigrating from Greece, Niotis played a variety of clubs, in Athens, Constantinople and Chicago.
Inducted in 1963.
