The Society for American Soccer History has organized a SASH SESSION for September 4, 2020, at 12:00 PM EDT.

The subject is the discovery of the earliest known footage of the United States Men’s National Team, filmed during the team’s 1916 tour of Scandinavia.

SASH president Tom McCabe will introduce University of Massachusetts professor and SASH treasurer Brian Bunk, who will discuss how the footage was discovered, the contents and context of the footage, and ongoing efforts to acquire further footage from Scandinavia.
